What people ask first.
Is it one product, or a bundle of other products?
One product: one sign-in, one search, one access model, one list of what waits for you. Underneath it stands on open-source components you can name and inspect - PostgreSQL, Flowable, Collabora, OpenBao, Authentik and others - each doing what it does best.
Where does our data go?
Nowhere. Divan is installed on your own servers: messages, files, recordings, credentials and the search index stay with you.
Which AI does it use, and what may it do?
The model you configure: a provider's, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself. The assistant and the agents work with the platform's own tools as a named person, and whatever would change something is shown to a person first.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. The calendar sits beside the calendars you already have, and each app is useful by itself. What changes when you use more of them is that their work arrives in one list.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Persian, per person: left-to-right and right-to-left, the Gregorian and the Persian calendar, each person's own time zone - on every screen and in the documents it makes.
How do we see it with our own eyes?
Everything in the frames on this site is the product itself, running with a demo company. For a look at it with your own questions, write to us.
